Right at the peak of COVID, I downloaded TikTok. At first, I scrolled through countless videos of sourdough baking, bored-in-the-house clips, tarot readings, and then—bam—a video popped up with the word manifestation.
Curious, I watched. Since that moment, I’ve been on this wild, transformative manifesting journey.
When you hear “manifestation,” I’m sure you picture witches stirring cauldrons or chanting spells. That’s exactly what I thought at first, too. But honestly? That couldn’t be further from the truth.
As I’ve said, manifestation is all about mindset.
It’s about aligning your thoughts and beliefs with what you want to create in your life. It’s not magic potions—it’s mental focus.
At the start of my journey, I repeated phrases, wrote affirmations, and did all the “right” things without knowing what I was doing. At the time, I assumed it would work because, well, I wanted it to. But I’d catch myself scrolling social media, looking for signs, hoping for confirmation. That’s when I realized: I was operating out of lack.
When you focus on what’s not happening, guess what you get? More proof of that same lack.
Through a lot of trial and error over the years, I’ve slowly but surely refined my approach. It wasn’t until the past year and a half that I truly understood what I was doing—and started honing in on the details that actually mattered.
Since then, I’ve manifested moments that feel straight out of a movie—people reaching out to me, texts and phone calls appearing just when I needed them, dinners with friends popping up out of nowhere, and being exactly where I needed to be at the right time. When these things happen, it hits me: I am powerful enough to create this.
Learning about manifestation genuinely changed my life.
I went from being an anxious, overthinking mess to someone calm, grounded, and trusting that things happen how they’re supposed to. I’ve learned to let the universe do its thing. More importantly, I’ve learned to do my part by staying open and ready.
Even if manifestation doesn’t end up being “real” in how some people think (though honestly, I know it is), I know this for sure: I was meant to learn about it. Learning manifestation helped me become the best version of myself.
It gave me tools to calm my anxiety, trust the timing of my life, and focus on what truly matters.
Whether it’s the universe working its magic or just the power of mindset, manifestation changed me in a way nothing else has. And that’s a win, no matter what.
So if you’re curious, skeptical, or feel stuck, explore manifestation with an open mind.
It’s not about forcing or controlling—believing in your power and stepping into your truth. Trust me, your mindset is the most powerful tool you’ll ever have. Sometimes, that’s all it takes to change your life.
