How To Get Pearly White Teeth On A Budget

The first thing I notice about people is their teeth because I’m drawn to smiles. I just love seeing people laugh because it shows they are happy! But if your teeth are yellow, it could be preventing you from showing off your smile. Teeth whitening kits can be expensive and hard to budget. I mean, we have way more important things to buy and bills to pay for. What if I told you teeth can be whitened at a really low cost? Would you want to do it? If so, here’s the DIY list.

  1. Baking Soda

I bet you already have this at your house. All you have to do is dip your toothbrush into the baking soda and brush your teeth! Do this once a week.

  1. Kaolin Clay

This clay works just like baking soda, and it’s the same steps. Dip your toothbrush into the clay, and make your teeth white again.

  1. Activated Charcoal

I’m sure you have seen this on Instagram, but it works! Put it on your teeth, leave it on for two minutes and then rinse your mouth with water.

  1. Apple Cider Vinegar

This may not be the tastiest option, but it will do the trick. Dip your toothbrush into some vinegar and brush your teeth for two minutes! Do this once a week. You can also mix apple cider vinegar with baking soda to make a toothpaste.

  1. Bananas

I bet you didn’t think this would make the list. This is probably the tastiest option. All you have to do is use the peel of a banana to run on your teeth. Do this for two minutes, then brush your teeth with toothpaste! What I like about this option, is you can do it every day since bananas are safe and healthy.

Let’s face it, the best part about a smile is white teeth!

If you stick with one of the things on this list, your teeth will be nice and white. It may take a bit, so keep on doing it until you’re happy.
