Lush Just Launched NSFW Bath Bombs

Now that the holiday season is finally done and over with (and we’re officially all back to normal work schedules), it’s time to start focusing on the next holiday; Valentine’s Day. Finding the right gift can be hard. But thanks to Lush, you may have the golden gift they’ll never forget.

This year, Lush Cosmetics is launching their Valentine’s Day Collection. And instead of going the traditional scent and circular shapes, they’re taking a different route.

With their most bold and raunchy designs yet, the company is releasing a string of new shapes and a very particular theme. The Valentine’s Day Collection features products like an emoji peach-shaped and eggplant emoji bath bomb. In addition to shower gels, a lip scrub, and a Big Banana Massage Bar.

Don’t believe me? Check them out here.

Other products within the Valentine`s Day Collection include the Love Boat bath bomb, the Open Your Heart Bubble Bra, Happy Hour Fruit Washes, the Unicorn Bubble Bar that is definitely shaped like something else, and American Pie body conditioner. And yes, some either look very sexual (in the sense that they look like sex toys- I`m looking at you 6/9 bubble bars) or have sexual names or meanings.

As if the innuendo’s aren’t sexual enough, you have got to read the descriptions they created to accompany the products! Here’s an example:

Peach Bath Bomb: “Still reeling from that scene from “Call Me By Your Name? Made with real peach juice. Give the Elio in your life our limited-edition Peachy Bath Bomb. This bath bomb is equipped with all the right curves to leave you saying Elio, Elio, Elio, Elio…”

In terms of pricing, each product varies, with the minimum cost being the bath bombs for $6.95. While bundles with various products can reach up to $32.95. Obviously, the scents are self-explanatory as based as the description online or in stores.

All in all, I think the idea behind the NSFW designs are quirky enough to entice people to want to buy them because they’re such a laugh. It’ll definitely bring online traffic onto their website and even have men interested in the products. Their marketing strategy is hilarious and very well played!

And even if you’re single like me this Valentine’s Day, some of these products might be as close to the real things their based on as we’ll get. You know, like *eggplants*, a *juicy peach*, or a good 69. They even appeal to those who just aren’t getting lucky in the bedroom, but can in the bathroom!

This idea is perfect, and I think this could be a great contender as a sexy/fun little Valentine’s Day gift. You know, because when you get dirty, you have to get clean.
