4 At-Home Workouts That’ll Have You Bikini Ready By Spring Break

Alright ladies, listen up.

Spring break is right around the corner (literally like four sleeps left, but who’s counting, right?) and I, for one, could do with a good sweat sesh to get that body confidence going while I spend my week soaking up some sun at the beach.

I’ve researched some of my favorite at-home workouts because sometimes getting your butt to the gym after a long day sounds like torture. With these, you can still have that Fuller House marathon while getting off the couch.

1. Blogilates

This is probably one of my favorite go-to workouts for those days I really listen to my body when it’s telling me it’s just too tired to get up and run. Cassey Ho, whose spunky and feel-good personality makes these short workouts super fun, has been a big inspiration in terms of loving your body for what it can do, instead of focusing on what it can’t. All of her Pilates videos are about a half hour each and, lucky us, there are several hundred directed toward a specific body part for whatever you’re wanting to work on.

2. TaraStiles

If I was going to be completely honest here, I’d tell you that I used to hate yoga. Like with a fiery passion. It drives me nuts to be still, not focusing on anything but my breathing; to be that patient. But Tara Stiles has been able to change my mindset (although some days, it doesn’t seem like it). I’ve only done a few of her videos so far, but with each one, I’m reminded of the gentle art of healing your body and strengthening it at the same time. After the thousands of miles I’ve put my legs through, they sure could use to quiet time every once in a while.

3. 30-Day Challenges

These are pretty self-explanatory and hello?! Only 30 days to see some sort of result? What’s better than that? Check them out: BurpeesSquatsAbs or Arms.

4. 10-Minute No Equipment Workout

Alright, seriously. If you thought Blogilates was still too long to get ya sweat on at half an hour, check out these 10-minute workouts. Yes, TEN MINUTES. I know you all have those to spare in between your busy schedules.

Getting a “bikini body” isn’t near as hard as everyone makes it out to be. You already have one. Put that bikini on ya body, girl, and go soak up some sun. But I know it’s not always that easy. You don’t need to run 8 miles a day or start powerlifting, but a little fitness confidence goes a long way with these tried and true workouts!
