Spring symbolizes rebirth and new beginnings. As nature is reborn, it’s no wonder that we want to feel reborn as well. It sparks a desire for change, especially as we reflect on what’s still serving us. Longer days of sun open up more opportunities to seize during the day; things feel less heavy than they do during the short, dark days of winter. We feel relief that these harder, winter days are over.
Spring brings hope for the blossoming, new future. We feel life’s new opportunities on our fingertips, eager to take hold and grasp them. If it feels overwhelming to figure out where to start, here are some ideas.
1. Do Some Spring Cleaning
Everyone knows about “spring cleaning.” We go through our closets, the junk in our drawers, and the mess in our cars. We donate the old to make room for something new. It’s a yearly ritual many of us follow, where we reflect on what we want to keep in our lives. Get rid of everything that doesn’t serve you anymore.
Elevate your spring cleaning by going through your camera roll as well. Clear up some space in storage to make way for new memories by deleting those random screenshots and pictures of receipts you stopped needing months ago.
2. Change Your Hair
Nothing can make you feel reborn quite like a new ‘do. Whether you reach for the scissors or a bottle of dye, new, fresh hair can have you feeling like a completely new person. A lot of our confidence is tied to appearance, and hair can have a huge influence on how we look. A new haircut, style, or color could be exactly what you’re missing.
Hair holds memories, and sometimes, we have memories we’d like to forget. If you feel like your past is dragging you down and holding you back, snip off a few inches or simply trim those dead ends and refresh your hair for a brand new start this spring.
3. Decorate With Bouquets
Liven up your home by decorating it with fresh flowers. A simple bouquet from your local grocery store will do the trick just fine; you can build your own by going to Trader Joe’s. Spring is a great season for these gorgeous blooms: violets, daffodils, hyacinths, irises, and geraniums.
4. Garden
Your flowers don’t have to come from the store; you can learn to grow them yourself! Take up a new hobby this spring by starting your own garden. Grow your own herbs, like mint or basil, or plant some tomatoes and peppers. Eat cleaner and cheaper by using your own crops.
Don’t have a backyard? No problem. You can grow many of these plants can in pots indoors.
5. Reassess Your Diet
If you’re experiencing any feelings of general malaise, grogginess, or fatigue, the issue could lie in your diet. Too much sugar, not enough iron, or simply not enough good nutrients can have a huge effect on your well-being.
Spring is the perfect time to try a new diet, reassess your eating habits, or restart a potential New Year’s goal that fell off to the wayside. If you’ve got mother nature on your mind after all the gardening, give vegetarianism a try and do your bit of good protecting our planet.
Change can be scary, but good and necessary. If you feel like you’ve woken up from a winter’s hibernation and are ready to start anew, give one of these simple changes a try. You can become a new person any day of the week; there’s no better time than the present!

Spring is the perfect time to refresh your goals, clear out the old, and focus on new adventures in gaming too. If you’re looking to make faster progress in World of Warcraft, WoW Voidspire Boosting can be a great way to save time and enjoy the content without unnecessary grind.
