Carole Baskin Won Her Lawsuit And Now Owns Joe Exotic’s Zoo

Carol Baskin

It’s official, Carole Baskin now owns Joe Exotic’s GW zoo.

That’s right, Joe Exotic –the ‘Tiger King’ himself, just lost his zoo to his nemesis: “that b*tch Carole f*ckin Baskin”.

According to Carole Baskin’s complaint, “Schreibvogel later admitted under oath that the zoo land was transferred to her by Joe Maldonado to remove it from the reach of creditors, including BCR, should BCR win its Florida lawsuit.”

Since Baskin was able to prove that these fraudulent transfers occurred, she won the lawsuit. Then, she was granted ownership of GW Zoo.

This lawsuit comes as a result of Joe Exotic fraudulently transferring his zoo to his mother’s name in 2011. He did that in order to keep his properties out of the hands of creditors if he were to lose his lawsuits against Baskin. That’s right, she finally won a lawsuit after years of trying.

The ownership of Joe Exotic’s GW Zoo was previously given to Jeff Lowe in 2016. Joe was arrested in September of 2018 in conjunction with his murder-for-hire plot of Carole Baskin, CEO of Big Cat Rescue in Tampa, Florida.

The court order calls for “the removal of all zoo animals for the Zoo Land.” And that Carole Baskin will be allowed all vehicles and buildings on zoo property.

Interestingly. Jeff Lowe’s attorney seemed to think Carole’s win was to be expected. Lowe is reportedly opening another animal park in Thackerville, Oklahoma “within the next 120 days.”

The Netflix gem, Tiger King premiered in March this year, drawing audiences from all over the world. This docuseries describes the story of Joe Exotic, Carole Baskin, and several others, including Carole’s ex-husband, Don Lewis, and his sudden disappearance. One of the most interesting storylines of the series was the hatred between Exotic and Baskin, which makes this court ruling that more juicier.

This drama has captivated the whole world, so this news is definitely something to be on the lookout for as I’m sure it’s far from over. What do you think about this whole situation? Let us know in the comments below.
