The Paleo Cookbook That Empowers Young Women One Page At a Time

Sadie Radinsky always inspires young women with her passion projects, and she’s at it again. With her new cookbook, WHOLE GIRL

For those who don’t know, Sadie  is a well-known blogger and influencer. She created a large online community at just 18 years old. Now, at age 19, She is now one of the biggest voices of her generation.

It’s only natural that her cookbook is also one-of-a-kind!

Not only does it feature delicious, healthy, easy-to-make paleo recipes, but every page of the book also offers advice and ideas for young women to embrace and celebrate their wonderful selves.

Each chapter is dedicated to a different mood to empower you in all different aspects of life. Even the chapter titles embrace qualities that society doesn’t always encourage (some include “Be Bossy,” “Be Light,” “Be Wild,” and “Be Loving”).

It’s so cool that such a young woman has the confidence to embrace traditionally “negative” traits and turn them into something empowering. I admire Sadie for taking criticism and using it to her advantage!

Not only have I read the entire book cover to cover, but I’ve also tried a handful of recipes (because how could I not?

My favourite recipes include the fluffy, delicious Banana Nut Pancakes, the easy-to-make, gooey Brownie Sea-Salt Cookies, and the Luscious Lemon Bars, which are literally to die for.

But why paleo recipes?

At just 9 years old, Sadie suffered from stomach pains and ultimately found that a predominantly paleo diet reduced her pain and let her enjoy food again. By the time Sadie turned 12, she had already started experimenting in the kitchen and creating her own recipes. Over time, Sadie developed quite the recipe collection and decided to publish it as a cookbook with a positive twist.

Truthfully, I’ve never had a cookbook like WHOLE GIRL. It’s especially nourishing because it provides nutritious recipes and strategies to maintain a positive mindset. Sadie’s cookbook encouraged me to try new things, from food to positive daily routines. It’s changed my outlook on life and filled my belly with yummy, healthy treats.

Trying Sadie’s paleo desserts was eye-opening, delicious, and inspiring. But most importantly, I’ve come to appreciate the fact that Sadie Radinsky flawlessly balanced the connection between emotions and food and spun it in a positive light. Pick up a copy of WHOLE GIRL anywhere you buy books – you won’t be disappointed (or hungry!)
