Grab your sunglasses, best swimsuit, and sunscreen: it’s almost time for Bachelor in Paradise.
It’s what most of us have been waiting for. It’s why we watch ABC’s The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. We want to know every single character for our favorite reality dating TV show.
So before we get into new fan theories and predictions for the upcoming season, here’s the entire cast list (so far):
Colton’s season: Dem Burnett, Caelynn Miller-Keyes, Onyeka Ehie, Hannah Godwin, Tayshia Adams, Nicole Lopez-Alvar, Katie Morton, Sydney Lotuaco, and Jane Averbukh
Hannah’s season: John Paul Jones, Cam Ayala, and Kevin Fortenberry
Becca’s season: Blake Horstmann, Clay Harbor, and Wills Reid
And finally, Bibiana Julian and Annaliese Puccini from Arie’s season, Derek Peth from JoJo’s season, and Chris Bukowski from Emily’s season
Now, onto the predictions!
Demi Burnett and John Paul Jones
Coming fresh off the dating reality TV shows as some of the most iconic people, Demi and John might actually become the most talked about couple this season.
Demi is known for her spunky personality and forwardness, and this may be just what John Paul Jones is looking for. (Plus, who doesn’t love to say his name?)
Both of them are SLAM-DUNK choices for paradise, so they could be a slam-dunk couple.
Demi Burnett and Chris Bukowski
Okay, just hear me out. Chris and Demi could be a fun couple.
BUT, they would be destructive. Here’s what I think would happen, IF they get together. They’d move really fast and Demi would like Chris more than Chris would like Dem. Chris is a veteran Bachelor contestant with a not so good dating track record… We love you, Demi, but BE CAREFUL!
Cam Ayala and Annaliese Puccini
Cam and Hannah weren’t a great match. And Cam was ready to get married before Hannah could even remember his name. He moved too fast and it was hard to watch.
Cam is a little too extreme for real-life dating – which makes him perfect for paradise. Luckily, someone else who also comes on a little too strong will also be in Mexico this summer. Annaliese, from Arie’s season, also has a reputation for falling for men a little too fast.
Last year in paradise, Annaliese “fell in love” with at least three guys. Annaliese and Cam… a match made in paradise?
Derek Peth and Caelynn Miller-Keyes
After he and his ex-fiancée Taylor Nolan (whom he met on Bachelor in Paradise) broke off their engagement, Derek Peth is back and ready to find love!
And so is Caelynn. After getting her heart broken by Colton, the previous bachelor, the former beauty queen is ready to find her man. Derek could just be the one.
Both of them are solid individuals with good careers and a sense of humor. Come on, can’t you see it?
Derek Peth and Katie Morton
Let’s compare Taylor (Derek’s ex) and Katie for a minute.
They were both at the very center of the drama on their respective seasons. Maybe Derek is into drama? However, Katie is pretty and has a fun personality. Derek needs a fun girl! Plus, wouldn’t they look cute together?
Hannah Godwin and Blake Horstmann
Yes, Hannah and Blake are both extremely attractive people. But, they would be a good paradise couple for more reasons than just for the bomb Instagram pictures they could post.
Both Hannah and Blake were the runner-ups on their seasons. America watched and sympathized with them as they got their hearts broken.
Hopefully, this summer they can mend their broken hearts and start something new.
Wills Reid and Tayshia Adams
Fresh after a breakup with Colton, America knows Tayshia is looking for love.
And Wills might just be the best person for her.
Not only is he super fly and has a great sense of style, but Wills would also treat Tayshia the way she deserves!
Bachelor in Paradise premieres on August 5 on ABC.
