BREAKING: Lauren Conrad Is Finally Getting Her Own Podcast!

Lauren Conrad

In the age where everyone has their own podcast, only a few influential people have yet to have one. But today, Lauren Conrad finally joins the list and we are beyond excited!

“The Hills” alum will be the star of premium podcast company Cadence13’s new series “Lauren Conrad: Asking for a Friend.”

The podcast will feature weekly discussions based on advice written in by fans and listeners aline.

That’s right, we all have a chance to get advice from the Lauren Conrad. You know, the woman who always gave the best advice on The Hills and was a damn good friend. (Let’s be honest, we all want to be more like Lauren… she’s so well put together.)

“I could not be more excited to launch my first podcast with Cadence13 and to start a weekly conversation that I hope will inspire and empower,” Conrad said in a statement.

“I’m calling the show ‘Lauren Conrad: Asking for a Friend’ so that I can share the best advice and what I’ve learned—and am still learning—about life with friends and listeners everywhere.”

Lauren’s mission will be to help women navigate through their busy lives. She also wants them to feel more confident and balanced by inspiring women to improve their lifestyle.

Cadence13’s decision to have LC become their new host (and basically the face of their brand) was an easy one to make as her reputation was the main selling point.

“Lauren Conrad makes her mark in every arena she enters, and we are thrilled to bring her first-ever podcast to the world,” said Cadence13’s CCO Chris Corcoran.

“Lauren’s savvy instincts, eye for the top trends in lifestyle, business, parenting, entertaining, style and more, along with her own life experience, will make this show rewarding and special for fans and listeners everywhere.”

The weekly series will likely draw in thousands of listeners who are eager to hear what the lifestyle guru has to say about all topics from fashion, to dating, business, entertaining, motherhood and technology. You know, the casual things she’s done for years on social media and in her books.

We consider the Laguna Beach alum to be a huge influencer and role model in not only the fashion industry, but in women’s lifestyle brands as well.

She single-handedly created her own blog, written six books, numerous fashion empires, and a shopping outlet (online and recently in California) that supports women’s passions projects and gives them a platform to sell their product and showcases their brand. She’s the definition of an established entrepreneur and appears to do it so effortlessly online but the numbers behind her proves she’s an even harder worker behind the scenes.

But don’t worry, she won’t be doing this all on her own. The podcast will feature special guests to offer advice and share tips to listeners.

I’m surprised she’s just now starting a podcast, because she’s always been ahead of the trends. Podcasts have been going on for quite some time.

So get ready, because our adult lives are about to become so much better with Lauren Conrad’s advice. Because we all know we could use some navigation in this chaotic world.

The 12-episode season premieres May 8th and can be streamed on Apple Podcasts or wherever else you can get access to podcasts online.
