5 Book Releases That Need To Be On Your Radar In November

November is a month that showcases what comes next. For some of us, it’s way scarier than Halloween. Our coloured trees become bare, awaiting winter to pass so the warmth of spring can blossom again. So, after we cash in on sweets why not cash out with some books? This month has some amazing upcoming releases that can fill another type of craving all us book lovers get!

The Fortunates by R.S. Grey comes out this November 1st. It’s a standalone romantic comedy about an eligible bachelor, James Ashwood and Brooke, a cabana girl at the Twin Oaks Country Club. Brooke is thrown into a whole new world with James and when she puts a stop to the wild ride, it appears James isn’t willing to give up.

After all, this line from the the blurb sums it up best.

The thing about the fortunate ones?

They’re used to getting what they want.

R.S. Grey is a superstar when it comes to romantic comedies, and never fails to deliver hilarious passages and swoon worthy stories.

C.S. Pacat is taking her writing to a more visual platform this November 15th with the comic Fence. This talented author wrote the Captive Prince Trilogy which is apart of my ALL TIME favourites list of books.

Fence is about competitive fencing. It stares a variety of late teens like outsider, 16 year old Nicholas Cox at the elite boys school. According to the newsletter, the series will feature:

There will be intense rivalries, lifelong friendships, exhilarating swordfights… and slow burn romance between teammates!

Kandi Steiner releases On The Way Back To You, November 16th. Kandi Steiner is a serious, heart gripping, kleenex and a spare bucket of hope needed, type of author. She manages to break you into tiny little pieces and always put you back together, sometimes right at the last words. You can’t put down her books and this new release sounds perfect if you love that type of ride.

Cooper and Emery’s adventure all starts with one question from Emery. “What makes you happy?” Cooper finds Emery’s answer locked up with other secrets, and she wants to change Emery’s answer. However, there’s gonna be trouble and this little snippet reminds us readers, we need to prepare for this love story.

Suddenly, what made me happy was saving Emery from himself. I just didn’t know if I could.”

E.L. James is releasing Darker, November 28th. If you’re a fan of the series, or love HIS POV’s then be sure to get yourself a copy. This book is about the second in the series Fifty Shades Darker, as told by Christian Grey, the man himself!

It gives us an inside look into Christian’s mind as he wrestles with his demons, and tries to win Ana back. It comes just before the final movie of the massive blockbuster franchise, Fifty Shades Freed.

Amy Giles is releasing Now is Everything, November 7th. If you are a fan of Sarah Dessen and Jennifer Niven stories, this one should be at the top of your list! This wild ride is about a dark secret, a forbidden relationship, a broken family, and an explosive accident all involving one unstoppable girl, Hadley McCauley.

Hadley tries to take her own life over the the secret behind what really caused the accident, will she reveal it to you?

Just cause we can’t trick or treat now, doesn’t mean the fun is over! So, instead of reaching for candy, we’ll be flipping pages this Halloween but that’s a pretty good deal. What books are you eager to read this month? Share with us below!
