For my fellow wino’s out there, wine can vary from 75-110 calories a class. The drier the wine is, the fewer calories you’ll be drinking. For those beer lovers, well, light beer is about 110 calories per bottle.
There are other ways you can help reduce your calorie intake. Drink on the rocks, this may be hard but try a flavored vodka. Another thing you can do is pick a lower mixer for your drink like diet soda, or soda water with some lime.
Keep your waistline the way you want to, by keeping track of the calories in your drink! They can sneak up quickly.
