12 Celebrity Fashion Lines You Had No Idea Even Existed

In today’s world, celebrities don’t often limit themselves to one career focus. It’s common to see actors releasing music or a singer guest star on your favorite TV show. It’s also becoming more and more prevalent for celebs from every background to break into the fashion industry.

There are many celeb lines we all know about such as Victoria Beckham, the Kardashians, and the Olsen twins’ but you may be surprised to learn just how many stars are making a splash in the world of fashion. Here are 12 celebrity clothing lines you had no idea existed:

  1. Madonna

Madonna has wowed us with a pop music career spanning over 3 decades but she also has a trendy clothing line called “Material Girl” available at Macy’s. The clothing line is specifically for girls 13-25 and is trendy and bold while still being appropriate for day-to-day wear. She also has a lingerie, fragrance, and shoe line called “Truth or Dare” that adults can enjoy.

  1. Justin Timberlake

JT is a force to be reckoned with in music and film. He was our teenage crush during his years with N’Sync and went on to be arguably the most successful member of the group. What you may not know is that 10 years ago, he co-founded a clothing line called “William Rast.” The line is best known for creating fantastic jeans that can be purchased at The Bay.

  1. Sarah Jessica Parker

It turns out that Carrie Bradshaw’s love for shoes may not have been such an act after all. Sarah Jessica Parker launched an amazing shoe and bag line with Nordstrom. Her line is simply called “SJP” and everything about it is gorgeous. However, it will set you back more than a few hundred dollars to own a piece from this luxury line.

  1. Adam Levine

He sings, he acts, and he’s a beloved judge on The Voice. Adam Levine is also taking on the fashion world. He launched a men’s fashion line a few years ago at K-Mart. The line was good enough to be covered by GQ’s website and has since expanded to include women’s wear.

  1. Kate Moss

Who better to create fashionable clothing than a supermodel herself? Kate Moss is dominating the fashion world both on and off the runway. Her British fashion line for “Top Shop” includes clothes, shoes, and handbags with a massive price range that can suit anyone’s budget. Her line has seen a lot of success and she’s been at it for nearly a decade now with no end in sight.

  1. Lauren Conrad

It seems the stereotype that reality TV stars aren’t talented might not be so true in all cases. Lauren Conrad is best known for her work on The Hills but has launched a great career in fashion, as well. Her lines “Paper Crown” and “LC Lauren Conrad” have experienced immense success. Both lines are available at Kohl’s and feature a variety of clothing and accessories.

  1. Nicki Minaj

Nicki Minaj surprised fans when she appeared in The Other Woman, showing she could do more than just rap. You may be equally shocked to learn that Nicki appears to have some fashion ability as well. Her line, “The Nicki Minaj Collection” is available at K-Mart. Although it’s a bit of a mixed bag review wise, it’s cool that she’s entered this new realm and chosen to go a route that is affordable and wearable for her fans.

  1. Reese Witherspoon

I have personally always loved this Legally Blonde star’s sense of style and I must not be alone. Reese created a fashion line she named “Draper James” after her grandparents (adorable, am I right?) to share her ideas with the world. One awesome thing she’s chosen to do is wear pieces from her own line in the public to promote the brand, showing she stands behind the work she’s putting out which is for sure admirable.

  1. Ellen Degeneres

Ellen is everyone’s favorite talk show host. She is loved by the world for her kindness and amazing sense of humor. I knew she was a CoverGirl and felt her fashion sense was awesome, but had no idea she had ventured into the world of design. She has created “ED by Ellen” featuring designs are very gender-neutral and focus on coupling style with a sense of comfort in your own skin.

  1. Melissa McCarthy

I’ve adored Melissa’s quirky attitude since her days on Gilmore Girls and could not have been happier about her sudden rise to fame…until now. It’s turns out Melissa is just get started and has created “Seven7” which is sold at over 12 retailers. Melissa created the line hoping to help women discover their own sense of style and enjoy clothing.

  1. Carrie Underwood

Ever since Carrie won American Idol, she’s been a leader in country music. It turns out, she also has her own activewear line with Dick’s Sporting Goods. Her line is extremely unique and appealing. It includes clothing, gear, and accessories that are appropriate for wear even when you’re not at the gym.

  1. Rebel Wilson

I think this was my favorite fashion line discovery. In a world that doesn’t exactly cater to plus sized women, Rebel has a great, individual style. She recently collaborated with Torrid on a collection that is absolutely stunning. The prices range a lot but are overall very reasonably and realistic for the average shopper.

Celebrities are always fun to watch. Whether it’s award shows or just a day out on the town, their style is always coveted after. These lines offer something for everyone but at the end of the day, don’t forget what really matters. It’s not about who made your clothes, you should always buy and wear what makes you most comfortable and confident. The best style out there for you will always be your own!
