Your friendship with your best friend is the true essence of fulfillment. You would not be the same person you are today without her. She is the one who knows you inside and out and isn’t afraid to give you a much-needed reality check. She is the one person who knows how crazy and weird you truly are but loves you anyway.

You can do strange,  annoying, and unacceptable stuff in front of your best friend, because you know she will never judge you for being you. Here is a list of 7 reasons your life would be empty without your best friend.

#1 She Makes Ordinary Moments Extraordinarily Awesome

Everyone can make their ordinary moments extraordinary by just spending them with the right person. She can turn a day of doing nothing into endless laughs, inside jokes, and one that you will always remember. She is the peanut butter to your jelly and any day without her just seems a little dull.

#2 You Talk Anything And Everything Out With Her

From boy drama, to grades, to family, she is always there to listen and give you the honest advice you need. She is your go-to person when it comes to spilling gossip or just needing someone to lean on. Her support gives you the strength to feel relaxed and calm in any hectic situation. You can talk to her for hours about anything or nothing at all.

#3 She Has Seen You At Your Worst And Still Loves You

She has been with you through the ups and downs of life. She was there when you were crying for weeks over that guy who broke your heart, and she was also there when you were undeniably happy about getting into college or getting that job offer. She is always there, through the bad and the good, without any judgements and you couldn’t imagine going through life’s struggles without her.

#4 She Gives You Her Time And Full Presence

When you are important to someone, they will always find a way to be there for you! You best friend doesn’t give you excuses, lie, or break promises. She will drop everything to be there for you when you need her. You feel a sense of togetherness with her because you both never let a gap come between you. #5 She Faces Your Problems With You

She is your personal therapist and you love her for this! You can ask anyone for life advice, but no one understands you the way your best friend does, nor can they provide real or honest advice the way she can. It’s always easy to provide solutions to other people’s problems, the tough part is standing by them as they face their problems. You know that she would go through hell and back with you and never leave your side.

#6 She Encourages You To Be Yourself

Very few people will advise you to stay real in life. Your bestie accepts you the way you are. She will never asks you to change. She will even tell you that ‘never change because people want you to change, remain original and stay real!’ She keeps you grounded when others don’t.

#7 No One Could Ever Take Her Place

You have many school friends, college friends, workplace friends, family friends and party friends but you only have one ride or die friend. The inside jokes, the memories, the friendship, and the bond of being like sisters can never be replaced. There is a reason she is your other half, you guys complete each other. She will be your future maid of honor, the godmother of your kids and your best friend till the end.

You should feel thankful everyday to have a best friend that you couldn’t imagine life without. It’s rare to have a friendship that lasts through all of life’s bullshit and drama. As a result, cherish it and don’t forget to thank her for being her and being your best friend.
